DUBLIN STYLE IRISH RED
Straw yellow in appearance, with a medium-light body. A firm, long lasting head and a faint fruity, almost candy-like aroma that finishes slightly sweet from the use of lactose (milk sugar) leaves you wanting more.
5.1% ABV, 17 IBU
Gold to yellow. in color. Our Blonde is a medium-light bodied beer with a nice malty, slightly grainy taste.
This beer finishes crisp and dry with
a very pleasant hop bitterness and flavor from the classic East Kent Goldings Hop.

Deep amber in color. This is medium bodied beer that has a wonderful caramel sweetness and malt flavor. Very low hop aroma and flavor.

NUT BROWN ALE
Our nut brown pours a deep reddish-brown with an off white head.
On the nose you will find toffee, toasted nuts with a touch fruit.
This beer is a malt dominated beer with notes of biscuit and toffee.

SHOVELHEAD 2X IPA
This one is all about the hops.
Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus and a little pine. Papaya like tropical fruit flavors follow into the flavor paired with some grapefruit zest in the finish with a very subtle malt flavor.
8.3% ABV, 87 IBU.
PONTOON PALE ALE
Light gold in color, slightly hazy.
Pine and citrus dominate the nose. The haziness is a by-product of high amount of hops added to this beer. The Pale Ale is also medium- light bodied. The malt flavor takes a backseat to the firm bitterness
citrus notes from exclusive use of American Hop varieties.

AMBER
Smooth bready malt flavor with notes of toast and biscuits. The beer finishes with a very slight sweetness with
a nice caramel aftertaste.

LEGEND VALLEY IPA
The IPA pours a deep copper color with a faint haze, due to the massive amount of hops used in this beer.
The aroma is an intense mix of
pine and citrus. The citrus and pine carry over onto your palette. This American IPA processes an assertive bitterness, that is balanced with a slight caramel sweetness. The beer finishes nice and dry.

ESB
Our Extra Special Bitter is copper in color with aroma of biscuit, caramel, fruit with a touch of floral. Firm bitterness paired with a touch of caramel sweetness with hints of toasted malt. Finishes moderately dry with a pleasant biscuit malt flavor. 5.7% ABV, IBU:31
OATMEAL STOUT
Dark brown in color, not quite black. Ruby highlights when held to the light. This stout is slightly lighter in body than some Oatmeal stouts, making it an easy drinking beer even during warming months. Our stout finishes slightly sweet with nice full chocolate flavor, paired with roasted notes
and a slight earthiness.

VANILLA PORTER
The vanilla porter pours dark brown with nice ruby highlights.
Strong coffee roastiness upfront.
This is balanced with hints of toffee. The beer is very smooth with hints of vanilla flavor.

This Wee Heavy pours a deep mahogany color with a strong aroma of dark fruit notes and toffee. Has a complex flavor of toasted malt, a touch of honey. This sipper is rich and finishes smooth.

Pours a beautiful gold color and has a very pleasant grainy aroma with a touch of citrus in the background. It has a smooth bitterness that marries perfectly with the subtle grainy notes of the wheat. Finishes dry with low citrus aftertaste.

OKTOBERFEST ALE
(FALL SEASONAL)
Traditional Oktoberfest grain bill, fermented with clean ale yeast. Sweetness from malt upfront, with a small graham aftertaste. This is paired with a soft hop bitterness and a dry finish.

BLACK IPA
This Black IPA pours black with a deep tan head. Strong hop notes of pine and resin dominate the nose.
Our Black IPA is easy drinking with
a clean bitterness, a touch of roast and tons of hop flavor. A wonderful finish of pine, resin and citrus will leave you wanting more.

WINTER SHANTY
CHRISTMAS ALE

Pours a deep copper color with red highlights. Aroma of cinnamon, ginger and graham cracker. A well balanced flavor of caramel malt, cinnamon and fresh ginger. This beer finishes with a slight sweetness and a touch of toasted citrus notes.

FREAKY TREE PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE STOUT

We take our Oatmeal Stout, infuse it with pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and chocolate. This beer has a great aroma of pumpkin finishing with a great pumpkin and chocolate flavor.

Aroma of orange and tropical fruit. Medium body with a moderate hop presence and loads of flavor.

Not quite black in color. This stout is slightly lighter in body than some Oatmeal stouts, making it an easy drinking beer. This stout finishes slightly sweet with nice full coffee flavor, infused with seasonal coffee beans from local roasters, One Line.
